Grandma's Meatballs

My grandma made the best meatballs. I’ve been making them for years and they’re always a hit. Flavorful and moist, they’re great as an appetizer served with dipping sauce, a spaghetti and meatball pasta dinner, or a meatball sandwich.

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients as this recipe will come together quickly once you're ready.
  2. Heat oven to 400 (f).
  3. Mix eggs, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and using your hands, combine well.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Using your hands, roll meatballs to golf ball size. Set them on the cooking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  7. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until they're browned a bit. They should ready 160 (f) when done.
