Grandma's Meatballs
/My grandma made the best meatballs. I’ve been making them for years and they’re always a hit. Flavorful and moist, they’re great as an appetizer served with dipping sauce, a spaghetti and meatball pasta dinner, or a meatball sandwich.

- Prepare your ingredients as this recipe will come together quickly once you're ready.
- Heat oven to 400 (f).
- Mix eggs, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and using your hands, combine well.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using your hands, roll meatballs to golf ball size. Set them on the cooking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until they're browned a bit. They should ready 160 (f) when done.
