Guacamole & Prosciutto Baguette Sandwich

Baguette (1/3 piece, end trimmed): Crisp on the outside, soft inside — the perfect canvas for a layered, flavorful sandwich.

HOW TO MAKE IT
Cut your piece of baguette lengthwise, so you have top and bottom pieces. Place both slices of bread on a baking sheet (cut side up). Layer the mozzarella onto the bottom slice and drizzle the top slice with olive oil. Broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread edges are golden brown.
ASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH
Spread the guacamole over the melted cheese. Evenly distribute the pickled onions, then drape the prosciutto over the top. Pile the micro-arugula over the prosciutto. Lightly drizzle the greens with olive oil and finish with a fresh grating of lemon zest.
Close the sandwich with the oiled bread slice, cut diagonally, and serve immediately.
