This turkey leftovers sandwich is a classic at heart, but with a few delicious twists to make it shine: the dill rye bread, rich turkey gravy cream cheese spread, smoked gouda cheese, and a drizzle of rosemary-infused olive oil tie it all together.

Ingredients

• 2 slices your bread of choice (I used rye dill bread and it was fantastic!)
• A generous schmear of Turkey Gravy Cream Cheese Spread, enough to fully cover one slice of your bread.
• A generous schmear of your leftover cranberry sauce, enough to fully cover one slice of your bread.
• 2 slices of smoked gouda cheese
• Enough turkey for a solid layer within your sandwich
• A half of a thinly sliced shallot
• A handful of arugula, enough for a solid layer within your sandwich
