Turkey Gravy Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup turkey gravy
• 1/2 block of softened cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh green onion or chives
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together with an immersion blender.
2. Put into an airtight container and keep in the fridge.

Notes

I spread this on the bread of my classic turkey leftovers sandwich.

This would also be great as a dip for chips or crackers.
