Casey's at Lake Tahoe Steak Quesadillas

Two and a half hours cruising around Lake Tahoe and Emerald Bay makes for a fantastic morning—and a serious appetite. For lunch, we stopped by Casey’s (a great locals spot for lunch and more), and this steak quesadilla did not disappoint. It was perfectly crisp, packed with flavor, and the ultimate post-cruise comfort food!
