Hasselback Holiday Potatoes
/Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and oh so buttery!
Cut the potato in thin slices being careful no to cut completely through the bottom so it stays intact. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Put it in preheated 400 (f) oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and the potato will have spread a bid. Drizzle more olive oil over and sprinkle salt. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and slather butter over.
