Tuna Tartare Salad With Chipotle Aioli Dressing

Ingredients

Tuna Tartare

• 1/2 pound sashimi grade tuna
• 1 teaspoon dark miso paste
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Salad

• 1 bag or 3 cups of your favorite lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces (I used romaine)
• 3 roma tomatoes
• 1/2 cucumber cut into 8-10 slices
• 3 thin slices red onion roughly chopped
• Fresh lime
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

Tuna Tartare

1. Create a sauce by mixing together the miso paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice and salt.
2. Dice the tuna into small pieces then toss with the miso sauce.
3. Set aside a make the Salad.

Salad

1. Add all the Salad ingredients together and toss.
2. Divide Tuna Tartare into 2 servings and top each salad.
3. Drizzle Chipotle Aioli Dressing generously over each serving.
