Prosciutto & Melon Gourmet Toast
/I had to do a toast with the classic combination of burrata cheese, prosciutto, melon and balsamic drizzle. I used truffle burrata and topped the toast with lemon zest for a little something extra.
These make a great party appetizer by slicing each toast into 3 or 4 pieces - I use a pizza slicer for this.

- Toast the bread however you prefer. I tried pan toasting for the first time. Heat a little butter in a pan at medium high. Add the bread and toast about 1-2 minutes each side to your desired level of doneness.
- Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of burrata on each of the two slices.
- Lay melon slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle micro-arugula over.
- Distribute prosciutto pieces over the arugula.
- Drizzle the balsamic glass over.
- Finish with a little fresh lemon zest.
