Blue Cheese & Pear Toast with Walnuts & Balsamic Glaze

The balance of blue cheese, pear and balsamic glaze makes this a wonderful treat! Luvs me some gourmet toasts.

These make a great party appetizer by slicing each toast into 3 or 4 pieces - I use a pizza slicer for this.

Blue Cheese Pear Toast

Ingredients

• 2 slices sour dough toast
• 2 tbsp blue cheese dip (recipe here)
• 8 thin slices pear
• 10 thin slices radish
• 2 tbsp micro arugula sprinkled over
• 1 tbsp crumbled walnuts
• Salt to taste
• Drizzle balsamic glaze over (recipe here)

Instructions

1. Toast bread.
2. Simply review above ingredients and layer in order dividing half of the ingredients per slice.
