Holiday Pear & Smoked Trout Salad

Instructions

  1. Toss together the first four ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide into two salad bowls.
  3. Layer slices of pear, radish, and smoked trout over each serving.
  4. Then sprinkle over thinly sliced shallots and maple walnuts.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Zest a little blood orange/orange over the top.
