These brownies use Betty Crocker's Milk Chocolate mix for a super easy, fast party dessert. Elevate with your own little twists.

- Heat oven to 350 (f).
- Place mini cupcake liners in the slots of a mini muffin baking pan.
- Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
- Fill slots with batter to about 3/4 full and bake for about 12-15 minutes. The brownies will be puffed and the top should be shiny and cracked.
- Pull from oven and let pan cool for 10 minutes or so. Then remove the brownies and set them on a cooling rack to finish the cooling process.
- Frost each brownie and top with a jelly bean (get creative with your topper!)
