Easy Easter Brownies

These brownies use Betty Crocker's Milk Chocolate mix for a super easy, fast party dessert. Elevate with your own little twists.

Ingredients

• Brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker's Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix), so this recipe follows the box's instructions
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• Betty Crocker's Vanilla Frosting
• Other: I topped each brownie with a jelly bean for an Easter party dessert.

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 (f).
2. Place mini cupcake liners in the slots of a mini muffin baking pan.
3. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
4. Fill slots with batter to about 3/4 full and bake for about 12-15 minutes. The brownies will be puffed and the top should be shiny and cracked.
5. Pull from oven and let pan cool for 10 minutes or so. Then remove the brownies and set them on a cooling rack to finish the cooling process.
6. Frost each brownie and top with a jelly bean (get creative with your topper!)
