Taste & Toast in Walnut Creek with Wine Hardware & McGrail Vineyards

Delecticious joined Wine Hardware and McGrail Vineyards for this year’s Taste & Toast event, hosted by the Walnut Creek Education Foundation K-12, in downtown Walnut Creek, California. Dozens of local food and wine establishments participated, making it a vibrant, community‑filled night.

For the Pairings, Delecticious Served:

  • Melon & Prosciutto Skewers with fresh mozzarella and basil — paired with the Rosé

  • Roast Beef & Fig Jam Baguette Bites with fresh herb cream cheese and lemon zest — paired with the Cabernets

  • Raspberry Mousse topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings, and a fresh raspberry — also paired with the Rosé

McGrail Vineyards

Wine Hardware’s winery partner, McGrail Vineyards, poured three beautiful wines — the Kylie Ryan Rosé, the Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, and the Cabernet Sauvignon Patriot — with Joy from McGrail serving tastings and sharing notes with guests.

Hundreds of people came through the Wine Hardware shop, and the response was incredible. Guests loved that the food was custom‑paired to the wines — a few even said they stopped by because they heard “the food was so good” and “the pairing experience was fantastic”! A total win for us all.
